I brought my ride on mower, a craftsman still under warranty in for repair. They had it for almost 3 weeks. I asked 3 maybe 4 times for an estimate. He kept saying he didn't know till he looked at it {understandable}, however he never gave me an estimate and charged me 199,57, which I had no choice but to pay so I could get my mower back. Never had a service person not give an estimate for repairs,. Then to top it off got it home and the problem wasn't even fixed. On our part for not getting you an estimate and relaying it to you before the repairs were made. I will take full responsibility for that and I do apologize for that.
