Been here 4 or 5 times since it opened and had the best service. Owner is awesome, huge selection of dipping powder, I think I’m done going to the places close to my house. My daughter and I love this place.
After denying the manager his “up sale” of dipping my nails, I was treated poorly. I asked for a pedi and a overlay on my nails. After getting my pedicure I was told to wait, but there were people who came in after me getting both same services done at the same time. He also told me I couldn’t choose the tropical scent for my pedicure bc it was sold out. That was a lie as I observed others chose the tropical scent with no denial. Needless to say I will never revisit this place.

Unfortunately on the day you walked in, we were short-staffed and the clients that came after you had scheduled appointments of which they had booked both services to be done at the same time. Regarding to the tropical scent you requested, we were indeed out so those other customers did not get them either.
