I normally enjoy coming to Venice Nail Spa, especially because I have a nail tech I really like and trust. However, my most recent visit was very disappointing. I was scheduled for a 5:00 pm appointment and arrived on time, even allowing for the 15-minute courtesy wait. Despite this, I was left waiting over 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment before being taken in. 47 for a fill, not bad pricing but hey prices just rise and rise. I’ve always wanted to visit the nail bar, went in for a fill, was given a booklet, and a ring of colors. I wanted to see more but I’m sure going in at 6 pm there’s a rush to get out. Two of my nails had polish that was not done correctly went in after I noticed it wasn’t skin. He fixed it, but didn’t repaint. So after he drilled off the nail polish I was sent on my way out. No oil, no repaint. I chose a shimmer white but it’s very streaky. I will say the shape... read more
