This is my third time here. My first time was really great. My second time I made an appointment and waited an hour and the nail tech rushed through my nails and the experience was not relaxing. I had an appointment today for a pedicure and waited 20 mins before being seen. It’s conveniently located near me, so I was excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, I can’t say I had the best experience. The pedicure options weren’t clearly communicated when I arrived, so I ended up receiving a basic pedicure—which isn’t typically my preference. The technician cut my left nail (big toe) extremely short and didn’t file them evenly. Overall, the experience was subpar, and I’m not sure I’ll be returning.

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!! I went in for facial waxing and ended with up with first degree burn marks on my eyebrows and lip. I informed the owner of the incident. The owner offered me nothing not even a refund. I advised the owner I would be taking legal action. She told me to send her my medical bills. Very rude.

Had a great experience at Venice today! The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. Annie did my nails and they turned out gorgeous! She was so good! Definitely coming back to this place. 10/10 recommend!
