Worst experience ever. Over charged me. Took advantage of us. Got charged 840$ for only new break and rotors for the rear tires of my Ford Transit 250 2019 basic model Stay away from this place they will take advantage of you promise you that. I’m not usually the type to write reviews either but this was a notch needed situation to speak on and let the people know. They shouldn’t be able to get away with this. Boycott this place and shut it down.
I’ve gotten my car check here several times since I moved to LA for over 4 years, I love being able to come to a woman of color to get help with my car. She’s trustworthy, communicates clearly about what’s happening with your car and she’s as pretty affordable. I hold a lot of respect for how well she does her job and how attentive she is.
I did a smog check, and the service was terrible they ware looking for any reason, to fail the test they ware looking for money extra , i think they look for reasons to offer you to fix it and get more money, don't take your car to this place . And the lady she was so roude. There's many other places better,
