This was by far the worst and most unsafe hotel experience I have ever had. After booking, I immediately noticed that many reviews mentioned mold, mildew, and fungus problems. I contacted the property right away and explained that I was extremely concerned about the health risk and asked them to cancel my reservation. Nice boutique hotel in mid beach. Came down for a few days for work. I’ve stayed at Venezia once before in 2021 and I remembered loving the decor. Rooms are nice and clean. The area is walkable. A couple blocks from the beach, places to eat and a free trolley to South beach. Ubers to South beach from there are about $8 to $12 on average.

The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Overall, it offers a very good value for the price. On the downside, there was an unpleasant smell on the ground floor (although nothing was noticeable in the rooms), and the walls are very thin, so you can hear people from neighboring rooms quite easily. That said, overall I would still recommend this hotel.

This place smells disgusting as soon as you walk in the hotel to even when you enter the room. The smell is disgusting and you won’t be able to escape it. Also no heat and it was 20/30 degrees outside. Stink room that’s freezing cold. Even the bed sheets are consumed with the horrible smell. Not worth the price to be sleeping in such a disgusting smell. Whole entire building consumed with such a distasteful smell. Once you get past the horrible smell rooms are really big and not too bad but the smell is unbearable.
