UPDATE: My cousin and I stayed here again last weekend for a long weekend. It’s our third stay at this location. As a hybrid aparthotel, it’s exactly what we need. Close to the beach, comfortable room. We had two issues: The volume on the TV needed to be at 100 to just about be audible. The Air BnB host responded quickly and a janitor came to help promptly. Location is great…it ends there. I understand it’s a budget hotel, but there’s no excuse for filthy, damp, musty, moldy rooms!! Clothes/towels that got wet, stayed wet. Clothes that weren’t wet, somehow got wet from the sheer humidity in the room. Having an allergy to mold, my friends and I all are suffering from congestion, headaches/migraines, and sore throats. Modly smell in the room is pretty bad could not even stay a night, highly disappointed
Great value hotel! Was beyond my expectations for a lower-priced hotel. Perfect location, large rooms, and friendly staff, especially Joe at the front desk. Highly recommend.
I really enjoyed my stay, especially when I was moved to the 3rd floor. The rooms are specious and clean, the location is good ,only 15 min public transpo to the South Beach. Iris, the front desk, is friendly and helpful, she provides me the best customer service.
