Outstanding service
Very nice neighborhood quiet and clean near to the beach and other waterways residents are very friendly and welcoming to visitors. The park is very friendly for children and also pets. There are lots of near shopping centers in the area within walking distance.
This is the worst place to live ever. Parking is impossible to find, you only have guest parking for 15 days out of the month. So if you have someone who comes over regularly it gets very complicated and expensive to park even though Venetian park has open spots. They also are very corrupt and the owners and people who run the association only benefit themselves. Just the other day Daniel the association president told us that they were only painting half of the apartments and guess who lives in those apartments being painte... read more
