The salon was very clean, and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. I appreciated that she spoke both English and Spanish, which made check-in easy. I booked a deluxe pedicure, but I received a classic pedicure instead. While I was only charged for the classic service (which I appreciate), it wasn’t what I originally booked. John did my nails and they came out great! he was very friendly and accomodating. my rating reflects management policies and customer service. a few days after my mani/pedi, more than half my toes were chipped or had no paint at all. once i was back in town (1 week after my appt) i explained the situation and asked if they could re-paint it. i was told i would be charged with a re polish (which costs $20! on top on the $40 I just spent on my deluxe pedi) since it was more than 5 days after my appt. pedis from other salons la... read more
I went in for a basic gel manicure and had a TERRIBLE experience. The nail technician was rough and impatient, cut my cuticles so badly that it hurt, and even broke one of my natural nails due to carelessness. The nail shape was awful and I had to ask multiple times for it to be corrected. The white gel polish was uneven, had a bad texture, and even had dirt in it.
