I got the spa pedicure $39 plus 20% tip. I think he completed polish and all in 15 mins. I didn’t time it but it was very rushed. I feel like I wasted my money. I’d suggest going some where else. When I looked over my toes I found he had not put enough polish on and my toes on my left foot were a mess. A lady there fixed them since the guy that did them had left. I been going to Venetian for years, always come out happy.
I went here today and my feet are burnt from the paraffin wax. I complained to the technician and she just laughed and continued dipping my feet, burning them More. I spoke to the manager and they gave me a $15 gift card when I love in Indiana and wouldn't go back if someone paid me. I'm in pain and they still made me pay for a pedi!!
If I could have a zero review, I would for the place and the new management. Only reason I kept going is for Heather. Other than that, going here was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. If anyone wants great service and a great nail tech- go to Hendersonville Nail Salon!!!
The beautiful place. , I have never had a manicure done with so much care and attention to detail as the one I had by Jessica. I find that it is very good value for money, especially since the whole setting and decor is nice and relaxing.
This place was horrible. My mother,my sister and me went for pedicures and they did a horrible job. the nail polish was old. After 45 minutes my sisters toes were still not completely dry. He got nail polish all over my toes and disappeared. My mother's has big spots on the side missing. I drove an hour to go here and will never go back.
