It took 2 hours to get a dip manicure- I requested a French manicure and had to tell them nevermind because it had already been 2 hours. My nails were chipping and breaking within 2 days of getting them done. The lady who did my nails was physically upset when I mentioned I wanted a French manicure. She took all the time in the world to ensure she didn’t have to paint her least favorite style. The cost was still over $75 for a simple basic manicure at the end of everything. Will not be returning.

I loved the atmosphere and appearance and nail service at this location. I would have appreciated some more hospitality by being offered some water instead of having to ask for it. Yo-yo, the nail technician was helpful and nice however, the following day the regular OPI nail polish started to chip. Now it’s been five days and they look very chipped.

I’ve gone too different locations of this same salon and it’s been great, however i went too this location and i cannot be more disappointed. I did a gel pedicure with wendy and it honestly could have looked better if i did it. She also cut the sides of all my nails and made them extremely thin! UPDATE: It’s been maybe 2 weeks since i did my toes and i’ve never in my life had an ingrown toe nail, my toe nail hurts so much and i have an ingrown i’m assuming it has to do with the way she cut my toes i do not recommend!!!
