I honestly have no words for what I just experienced. My normal nail tech, Monica, is no longer there, so I was placed with another technician named Dianna. Giving 3 stars because usually my experience is good. However, I had come in today for a gel manicure and Julieth completely ruined my nails with her e-file. My natural nails are very healthy and strong, and I mostly wear them natural except for special occasions that I get gel polish. She filed my nails down so thin that its actually painful and very distressing. Accessible, professional, and so kind!
Not from the area I just went in for a last-minute pedicure. Got the special Venetian Pedicure I had Hong… she didn’t massage my feet Even though the massage says extended foot massage.. literally took her 20 minutes. Then brought me over to let my feet dry never came back horrible customer service
Wendy and Hong were fantastic and had great customer service. Overall a great very friendly experience
