It's sad because I wanted to rate this place as top notch. The staff was friendly and place looked clean. They took us with no appointment for pedicures, two adults with well maintained feet. The service felt rushed, no real work done on trimming, no shine no buff, no removal of dead skin on sides of feet, in and out in 28 minutes. Lynn did an amazing job on my dip manicure and pedicure! She was so nice, helped me pick my color and left my nails looking great. Definitely will be back! Update June 2025: sad to say this used to be my go to place but they have hired a lot of new people who are unfortunately lazy and just awful! I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. I’ve been coming here for a couple years and honestly it’s a hit or miss. I can say they are money hungry!! and will up charge for every little detail. If you ask them to soak off your nails they act like they’re too busy, while there’s open techs sitting on their phones. I’ve had them put a color on ONE finger and when stating that it’s not the color displayed on the examples I’ve been told “it’s too late”. Overall, they try to rush, do the bare minimum, and over charge. Will not be going back :)
They didn’t cut my cuticle, give me a massage or use a towel to wipe my hands. The worst manicure ever. The girl was nasty! I could have gone to CVS and use stick on nails and have a better result!
