I'm not sure if my money was really low; I didn't pay attention before. However, with a full set and a manicure, I paid less. I came in for a gel mani and pedi, but I was charged an extra $20 just to use gel on the toes. I'm not sure I agree with that. The total was $100—just for a mani and pedi—and I paid less for a full set and gel pedi. Does that make sense? The price was extreme, or maybe I'm just cheap. The service here is good depending on who you get, but they get 3 stars for the pricing or lack thereof.
I had an extremely disappointing experience today. I brought my niece and nephew with me while I got a pedicure, and after seeing that they offer kids’ mani-pedis, I specifically asked multiple times if my 11-year-old niece qualified for the kids’ pricing. Before anything started, I told the technician her age (11), and she checked with the front desk. I was told it was fine. I had the most relaxing and fun experience. Kim made me incredibly comfortable and did an amazing job. Definitely coming back and asking for her again!!🥰🥰
