I paid for the Deluxe Pedicure with Gel polish and was absolutely horrified. I sent photos to the owner and he apologized and said.to come in and they will fix it. I came in to get it corrected and he said there is nothing wrong and they weren't going to do anything. I have the texts from him. Hannah was who messed up my experience. Poor quality and poor customer service.
I have gone to Venetian twice in the past month for a pedicure, both times I paid for the $55 luxury pedicure package with gel. The first time was nice and relaxing with a great technician that took his time and was very professional, the second time I paid for the same treatment but the nail technician for the second visit did not massage my feet once.
