I had an incredible experience with Ivy at the nail salon! She introduced me to builder gel, and I honestly can’t believe I hadn’t tried it sooner. She took the time to explain the process and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful—strong, perfectly shaped, and with a flawless finish. Ivy is amazing! Definitely top tier customer service, I love my nails! Now the girl at the front desk with blonde highlights & coke bottle glasses is a different story, she gave a nice nasty attitude when I asked about the 10% discount since it wasn’t applied when I paid in cash for my pedicure yesterday & I tipped the nail tech in cash twice & she just looked at me like there was an issue & didn’t respond until I reiterated the same question & basically told me since I’m paying more for my manicure I can’t get the 10% disco... read more
