takes your money but wont call you back
Purchased new home in 2012. Venetian Homes President Shane Golden refuses to complete warranty work on home, even though he agreed of all repairs during a 2 hour walk through. I have left numerous voice mails, emails and went by his office, still no response. Buyer beware! He says all the right things, but doesn't follow through on his word. If and when he does return my calls, he is full of excuses. Trust your investment with a different builder.
Tried several times to get in touch with these builders about building a house. Never answered my phone messages even after multiple attempts. Finally went by in person and the secretary was unhelpful and rude. Never ever heard from them. Guess they don't need my business. Found a different builder who has great service and house building is going great.
