Well maintained community with lots of fun amenities. Makes me feel comfortable to live here.
This place is an absolute nightmare to live specifically building 7 !!!!!! I honestly dread coming home every day. Walls are paper thin! So if you have extremely Noisy neighbors you will not be sleeping !
RecommendedLovely apartment's and friendly staff. My only complaint is the gates, It's so annoyingly slow. Apartment layout is amazing and the complex is spot on. Couldn't be happier. The noise from other residents can get out of hand but they do try and fix the situation.

I lived here for about 10 months. I moved for a great job opportunity in Melbourne that I couldn’t pass up. I had a great experience living in the Venetian. I love how the complex offer valet trash, two gyms complexes on site, and friendly office staff and maintenance crew. All brand new appliances and I always felt safe. I really loved all the apartment fun events they held each month. Only negatives is parking can be tough to find close your building but it’s not the end of the world lol. I recommend the management team for there courtesy and the apartments are always clean. The clubhouse smells wonderful :-)

Staff is extremely patient and friendly. Community takes pride in keeping it clean. Love how pet friendly it is and the amenities that come with living there!
