Dr. Robicheaux was so patient! She took the time to answer our questions and made my daughter feel comfortable. We traveled 4.5 hours to see her and it was well worth the trip. She was so knowledgeable and I left feeling optimistic.
Tried to get an appointment. Have had 30 years with HS. Was told today, you need a referral even if you have a PPO or cash paying. That’s ridiculous and I’m not jumping through hoops. Customer based service. Doctors work for their patients. They’re not doing us a favor, and until that mind set is changed, people will still be at the mercy of subpar service.
Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. She diagnosed my skin condition in mere seconds and (more importantly), prescribed me the correct medications to take care of it. Highly recommend!
