This was the best business, I ever had to deal with. The owner was attentive and showed genuine concern for my situation. The roof was way overdue in both of my houses and he deliver not just as expected but he went above and beyond. Very kind and caring. The crew finished both roofs and a shed in two days. I've been meaning to write this review for a few months now and just now getting to it. I live in the Glenbrook neighborhood in Middletown. Have been proactively getting a few estimates for a new roof but non of the other contractors prices nor 'attitude' to justify their price seemed to resonate. I cannot recommend Venegas Contracting enough! Over the past 10 years, we've turned to them for two different homes—first in Frederick, MD, and now in Gaithersburg, MD. Recently, when we discovered a leak in our guest bedroom, we were understandably worried about potential damage to our attic and insulation from the ongoing rain. We were recently referred to Venegas Contracting by Frederick Roof Repair when they weren’t able to take us on as a client due to their workload - what a stroke of good luck! Venegas repaired our roof and while they were here we asked them to do a roof inspection. As a result we decided to have our roof replaced with them and they did a great job! The crew got the job done efficiently and even did a great job cleaning up the area around our townhome (including our neighbor’s deck!) Thanks Venegas for a job well done!
