I had a very good experience with Vendetti. My son was on their waitlist for a very short time before we received a call, and he is now seeing one of their providers, Samantha Amodeo. She is amazing, and I’m so happy with the care she provides. I highly recommend this place!
Would give 0 stars if I could my husband has not seen them for telehealth since August and they assured they were in network with his insurance and that if billing had not reach out to not worry just to present us with a higher than 1200 bill today. I understand insurance can be unpredictable but this is unacceptable, we should have been informed much sooner. Just save yourself the headache they are not transparent at all and seems like this is a common occurrence based off other reviews.
If I could give zero stars, I would, and after reading Amelia and Danielle's experience, I should have sent this sooner to warn people. My insurance shifted from Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield, to no insurance, due to me being a 100% disabled combat vet, get my primary care done by the VA and with DOGE cutting federal jobs, I took the fork in the road, which cut off my insurance as of October 31. I should of read the reviews before scheduling. Mind you, the provider was great this is purely about billing. When I first scheduled, i was told I would know my copay after the first appointment. I didn't recieve anything so I assumed I was covered fully. (I should of asked). 2 months later and i get a bill for over $200. I call billing and the stuck up, rude lady tried explaining they don't know what Medicare will cover so they weren't able to tell me until after the submitted it.
