5/11/26 6 month follow up, as of today still no callback about the harassment my disabled daughter and I received from the security guard on 12/8/25. I was at the independence, Missouri Social Security office this morning with my disabled daughter who is wheelchair bound and nonverbal. She was in desperate need of getting a replacement Social Security card with an appointment for 10:50 AM on December 8. Please bear in mind this appointment was made six weeks ago. Terrible owner and management. Bad pay, hours, and no benefits. Owners son gets to be vp manger but can’t even pass the yearly gun test. Way better companies out there
Low pay, understaffed, constantly bugging you to work over....almost got Me in trouble with my Social Security because I worked too many hours for them....and they didn't care. All they cared about was keeping a warm body on duty. Only good thing is their payroll dept. It was always right and always on time.
