I started going to this clinic after my previous provider moved. Starting somewhere new is always scary but I can assure you this facility is amazing. Shaya, at the front, truly understands people and is explain what avenues are available to you - she is incredibly kind and will get you set up with the right provider for you. I personally recommend Angela Kline as a provider. She’s changed my life for the better.
Eileen Warner is hands down the best Nurse Practitioner I have ever had. She took the time to listen to my concerns, made me aware of the treatment options available at VEN, and was able to find the right combination of medications to treat my severe depression successfully. I did not think this was possible after years of trying medications that did not work. I highly recommend her!

I understand that the quality of health care in Lincoln is at an all time low, but this place really takes the cake. My regular PCP referred me here because they thought Ven provides the Psychiatric care like the sister office in Omaha does. At first I saw Liz Dolan, but she primarily works out of Omaha. She had me reschedule with a telehealth appointment. They never sent me the link for the appointment and I called many times. This office is simply incapable of answering their phone.
