Great brisket, burnt ends, sauce and sides. Really nice service, too. BBQ Blues Bonus: The radio there played some Johnny, Buddy, and Lil Ed while we ate.
We were tired from driving and hungry, and stopped here only because of convenience. We did not have high hopes since it shared a building with a gas station. But, it was actually very good! The meat was fantastic, not too Smokey, and a good portion size. The medium sauce was tasty. Service was friendly and price was great (we got the lunch special). I would definitely eat here again!

Every time I come from Brownsburg to do business in Hebron, I always get Velvet Smoke. Damn delicious! Best BBQ around / come to Brownsburg.

Driving from Ohio to Illinois, we stopped in for lunch. We walked in, heard some bluegrass playing (variety of music played), great aroma and before we even ordered, I said "I love it!". My Frito Pie was excellent along with the very friendly service!
My favorite BBQ restaurant in Cincinnati by far. The sides are delicious especially like the beans and I love the Big Corky sandwich. They are definitely doing it right at Velvet Smoke!
