This is the best nail spa near the Broward/Boca county line! I have been a customer for 10+ years and the owner Amy is absolutely wonderful.
Friendly and cordial owner/manager was on site. For the things that were questionable, she definitely spoke up and most often tried to resolve. The salon took walk-ins. The receptionist, while clearly in training, was immensely efficient and friendly and took coaching well when needed. That said, this is a very young and new staff. There needed to be a *lot* of coaching. There were nuances missed like not knowing to/how to pair colors between a polish and powder dip. This wasted my time. Velvet Rose is amazing! The manicurists at this place are all great but Anna is beyond great. She’s extremely detailed oriented and never makes you feel like you’re being rushed out of the chair. I highly recommend this nail salon.
