I had to come back to have my nails fixed because they were chipping after only a few days and the receptionist was so nice and understanding. I felt very cared for, she took a picture of the chipping on my nails, and I immediately was brought to a chair to have my nails fixed. Tony took great care of me as well. He takes his time and is very thorough ,it was a great experience. They even made me Vietnamese coffee which I had never tried before and loved. 10/10
This place has been heaven sent for me. There’s no need for me to go to the massage therapist or podiatrist anymore since finding Velvet Nail Bar. My routine was a bi-weekly trip to the podiatrist, a bi-weekly trip to the massage therapist, and trips in between to get a pedicure… NOW I have a one-stop shop where I can just sit back, relax, and get my feet done in a manner in which they no longer hurt throughout the week. Pedicure felt rushed and the person cut my cuticle and made me bleed. Then I took off my nail polish and my nails look horrible and multiple nails have these white spots on them. I've never had these issues before when getting pedicures. This is the first and last time I will ever go to the Velver Nail Bar in Lake Mary. Very overpriced for the quality you receive
