Juan and guest piercer Jamie were so patient and kind to me today when I got my 2g lobe piercings. I was super nervous but they never made me feel like an inconvenience and took great care of me. My best piercing experience ever (and I have had a LOT of them), and I will absolutely be coming back.

Overall amazing staff. He was so nice & made sure I was comfortable with my piercings, & even him before we got started. He was beyond sterile which made me feel even more safe. All my piercings from everywhere else have rejected or gotten infected, not these ones. I got my nipples pierced & ive had them for 2 years now & ive never had any problems. I'd recommend to anyone!!

Rivka just re-pierced my nose and put my industrial back in (taken out for a surgery). She is very knowledgeable and kind. She explained everything thoroughly from choosing jewelry to sterilization to aftercare. She gives each customer her full attention which is a breathe of fresh air in this world of non-stop distractions. And... Velvet Elvis... How can you go wrong with a fantastic name such as that?!
