I currently rent a property that's managed by Velvet Door Realty & Property Management. Mrs. Patricia is the owner and face of the company. She is very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. She is never to busy for a tenant, always available to answer questions. My experience with Velvet Realty has been above average from the start.
This company is very nice to deal with especially Patrice Harper who has been helping to manage the property so well from day one. Patrice is always available to tenants and also owners, she always goes out of her way to help owners and tenants. Patrice always tries her best to save money for owners by getting multiple quotes for repairs on behalf of owners spending her time and resources. So far Patrice is exceeding our expectations. We wish she is always with Velvet
