Antonia goes out of her way to make you feel special and like you're the only customer she's ever had in her store. She's created many cakes for me over the years--most special was the first birthday cake for our daughter who passed away before celebrating her birthday. Truly a treasure!
I contacted Velvet Cravings through their website and was contacted and taken care of within 30 minutes. And I was able to pick them up later that day. The customer service was as amazing as the cupcakes I purchased!!!
