Bought a set of Mirrors that clearly said and had a picture of on their website, that they come with the arms. They arrived with no arms or base. When I called they said they don't come with the arms or base and I was reading their website wrong. If that's how they advertise their products, I wouldn't trust anything they sell.
We ordered a mirror over a month ago. We can’t get them to give us an update on when we will get it. Their customer service is awful.
My husband ordered 2 Pivot Clamps for our RV mirrors which came to $4.78. The total of the order with tax was $9.50. We asked the lady on the phone what was the cost of shipping. She matter of factually assured us that shipping wouldn't be much because the clamps were small & light. After waiting 4 days we got an email telling us that our total was $26.76? The Shipping was $16.00, twice as much as the clamps. We were also told that it would take another week for our clamps to arrive. Overall it was a very unpleasant experien... read more

Already to a bad start website says they close at 4:30pm I arrived at 3:10pm to unload their mirrors only to get told by employee Ebron that I had to show up Tommorow at 7:00am because they were done for the day. No consideration what so ever for Truck drivers there is traffic bad weather Etc. Besides you can start driving once you are legally allowed to drive with your HOS.
