After scheduling an appointment I received a text the day before from the owener/installer saying, "Just a reminder we'll be there tomorrow around 9 am, have a good day." and then called me after 5 pm and since I didn't get to the phone he cancelled my appointment saying he didn't get a confirmation. Trouble is he didn't ask for a confirmation so I kindly suggested that he ask for one in the future and he was deeply offended and told me to find sun tunnels elsewhere. Very unprofessional.
