Saw PA Morgan for ankle pain/swelling. 5 Min visit Xray was Neg. sent me for PT. after 5 visits therapist wrote report to Veltri/Morgan recommending an MRI as I was not responding and still had significant swelling and pain still after more than 6 weeks from date of injury. Veltri office denied request stating "you need at least 8-12 visits over 30 days, or else we will have to fight with your insurance co". Too lazy to fight for your patient? Dr Veltri was able to see me on extremely short notice and his staff was able to arrange the needed follow-ups before I left my 1st visit. His explanation of my x-rays and his plan for next steps were easy to understand.
