I Waited for over an hour and a half in the waiting room to be seen in the Manchester office today. My appointment was scheduled for 4:20, I got out of work early to make the appointment on time and sat in the waiting room until after 5:50 when I decided to leave. I told the receptionist I was leaving due to the extremely long wait time and she did not have a care in the world. Other pt's who were also still waiting to be seen left as well! Completely unprofessional!
Dr. Veltri I have found completely qualified and have always been impressed by him. HOWEVER, his inability to run an office is quite astounding. He appears to just be packing people into waiting room with no real concept of how long we must wait. 45-55 minutes until even heading in - with an appointment - is astounding.
Dr. Veltri is a very good doctor, he is nice and informative. But more often then not they over book and you end up waiting a long time. I had an appointment at 9 am, was called into a room at 10 am and didn't actually see Dr. Veltri until 10:30am.
