After having to deal with their shady agent William Troy, we get a sewer bill that is outstanding because the bill was still being sent to this unprofessional agency. I don’t know after maybe the second or third bill, have the common decency to forward it to the owner or call my agent to let him know your still getting the bill. Your comments are ridiculous. You are attempting to place blame on someone else. You had representation. We don’t have these issues because buyers do what they are supposed to do, change the utilities as of the day of closing.
Worst experience ever! Toms River office listed my properry for rent. Jared gave my property keys to someone before verifying these checks got any funds in it. I wasnt imformed immediately because the realtors were still trying to get a hold of the “Tenant” to get paid. These guys have cost me over 7K so far. Incompetence at its best, would rate them -5.

I was the selling agent on a house for my daughter and my future son in law. William Troy was the agent. I think William and his staff did an outstanding job. We closed in three weeks. The process was smooth and easy. I own an appraisal company and I work on all default properties for the banks so I understand William. I think if you had a negative experience it may be because an arms length transaction is not the same at all as buying a default property.
