Mrs. Augusta and her staff are top notch. Whenever there is a problem real or perceived, she and her staff never hesitate to look into it to resolve it if needed. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They offer coverages of all kind at a more than a reasonable price. I left another insurance company with whom I had my home and cars insured with, because they were too high for the coverages I had.
