I went to the office located in Doralville, Norcross, Georgia to insure my cars, they gave me a price for the insurance and I believing in what they told me and when I received the documents to my mail it turns out that they put my insurance 250 dollars more expensive. so much irresponsibility is incredible. I go back to the office to make my complaint and what they answered me was that there was nothing they could do. I will not use more Velox they treat their customers badly.
