Could not recommend this place. Apartments facing Holladay will have the Trimet passing every 15 minutes, you’ll constantly hear the train and bell ringing, so hopefully you’re not a light sleeper. Oh and can’t forget the transients who constantly hangout at the Trimet and roam around, so you’re never truly safe in the neighborhood. If you have upstairs neighbors, hope they are not kids or people who are constantly stomping around (like my neighbors who I have made multiple complaints regarding) - to which no resolution was ... read more

The apartment itself is very nice, as are the staff that maintain the building. That is, however, the last nice thing that that I can say about. The building is right off the max line so the flow of homeless in the area is large and since I have a front door that is not behind a gate there have been many times that people have tried to camp there or sleep there. I had a delivery for somebody in this building. It is a locked building with a front desk employee right inside the front door. My delivery instructions were to leave with the front concierge. I could not get in the building even after calling the front desk on the call box. Another tenant finally let me in and I took the flower arrangement to the desk that was many 10-15 feet inside the door. The lady there was eating and would not take the order. Concierge Anna is awesome. I had to pay my grandson's late rent @ the Velomor Apts. Anna volunteered to hand carry the late payment to the management office in the snow and rain. She’s very professional and knowledgeable. She made an outstanding effort to provide exemplary customer care. Promote now. Kindness is never wasted. Peace.
