Kur pairs his expert PT skills with in depth bike knowledge to make insightful tweaks for performance and comfort. I've come away from my fit sessions with a greater understanding of my own personal breakdowns in the kinetic chain and how to address them. New technology tools Kur has begun using make the process even more interesting. I've had the privilege of working with some really great fitters and definitely count Kur Sohn among them!
Seriously, worth every penny. My left quad has always been much larger than my right, and I thought it was always a cosmetic thing, but after a session with Dr. Sohn, it turned out to be muscle atrophy in my right leg, which may help examine my pigeon toe and knee issues. Very very knowledgeable and gives exact guidance as to what needs to be done to improve. Loved it and would highly recommend it to everyone!
