Good location. I've been here twice. Once with an employee who was injured and they told us they didn't have an x-ray tech that day, so we had to go elsewhere. Today I tried to walk in first thing and was told they weren't taking walk-ins because they only had one provider and they were too busy. Could you put up a sign somewhere? Nevermind. I think I've learned my lesson. I'll pick somewhere else.

Drove all the way there and they closed at 4 instead of 8. Please change your hours on Google. Waste of time driving somewhere to find out they are closed.

First, I’ll note that until this visit, my family and I loved this urgent care. It’s always been our go to when needed. Unfortunately, it will not be in the future and I doubt we’ll ever return. I went to Velocity with symptoms of fever, chest congestion, coughing, and fatigue. They wanted to test me for Covid, strep, and flu. At the urging of my wife who's a nurse, I went to urgent care for some type of chest/sinus infection. After an hour of wasted time and $75 later all they could do is tell me I'd feel better in 7-14 days. I pretty much never even visit the doctor anymore because of the lack of actual care and felt bad enough that this time I made an exception. Staff was nice enough and facility was the same, but providing no actual solutions was a joke... Guess It's because all the tests they performed were negative.

Terrible service and wait time
