Actually crazy. Nothing "urgent" about this place at all, I went in for a simple drug screening for my place of employment and waited 1 hour and 19 minutes to be seen. The screening itself lasted 3 minutes. Do NOT go here if you are in a hurry or have something to do later in the day.
I came here after having an allergic reaction to amoxicillin. Despite this, I was prescribed another antibiotic from the same family, which caused an even more severe allergic reaction. I developed full-body hives and became unable to walk, which ultimately required a visit to the emergency room. This situation could have been avoided with proper attention to my documented allergy. Patients trust medical providers to prescribe safe and appropriate medications, and in this case that trust was not upheld.
This particular urgent care is truly a smooth in and out. I’ve been here 3x’s every time the physician has come I’m fully prepared knowing my medical history and current medications. And they have been kind and empathetic starting at the registration through your departure. Thank you Oh and the facility is super clean
