So far the worst urgent care I've been to in Virginia Beach. Made an appointment at 11, didn't get in to see a Dr until 11:30. The triage nurse was downright unpleasant, then the Dr got short with me when I pushed back about needed an antibiotic for my sinus infection. No sense of urgency from anyone until NP Branham brought my paperwork to me and told my I could go. My family will never be back to this location.
I had an urgent medical issue and wanted advice from Sentara Urgent Care , so I made a quick appointment. The young woman/nurse who met me was quick to tell me how to fix the problem and told me to take an OTC medication and she was correct! I followed her direction immediately and I am well again!! Thank you Sentara Urgent Care and my caregiver; sorry I do not remember your name! Deborah

Professional care from nurse practitioner was excellent. Maddie listened to my explanation, gave excellent information back, and was kind. The waiting room, furniture was dirty, and the whole place was dark. The paraprofessional service was just ok. While the receptionist was friendly, the technician checking my bp and temp, was inattentive, gave no eye contact, and rushed us. She acted like a sullen teenager.
