Our truck had a DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) issue, so we took it to this place. Initially, they told us the sensor was faulty. I agreed to have it fixed. Later, they contacted us again, saying the filters needed to be replaced, and quoted a cost of $5,434.44. I approved that as well. However, they kept us waiting for two days. I had a great experience at Velocity Truck Repair with The Mie Group LLC. The service wasn’t cheap, but they fixed my truck’s issues and got me back on the road. Ms. Kelly and Ms. Jamilia at the front desk were professional, kept me updated, and made the whole process smoother by coordinating with the technicians. As a business owner who depends on my truck, I really appreciated the communication and care. They may not be the cheapest, but the job gets done right.
