I have been a commercial driver for over 20 years and have visited Velocity Truck Center, a Freightliner dealer and truck shop, numerous times. Unfortunately, I have not observed any improvement in their customer service. They consistently keep drivers who drop off their trucks waiting for extended periods. I arrived at 10 pm on Friday, but it was already closed. It's not as stated on the door that it's open until midnight from Monday to Friday, which wasted my time
