I have owned three Velocity Sports Equipment rigs and have always been impressed with the fit and finish and the durability of their rigs. Their customer service is unparalleled as well. The staff is always professional, responsive, and the turnaround for repairs/alterations is super quick. I know where I'll be getting my next new rig!
My new Infinity is fantastic and the customer service was excellent. The design and look is very sleek and appears less bulky than the other big manufacturers. John and Nicole are really nice and helpful people as well.
The first time I demoed an Infinity rig I wanted to see how well it handled a sit-fly. It was like I was sitting in a recliner. As soon as I hit the ground I was ordering one for myself. It arrived today, and it is amazing! I feel sorry for those jumpers who don't have Infinity rigs and are as sexy as I am now.
Hands down the best gear available. Thank you for such a feeling of comfort.
