Excellent product! Ordered a soft reserve handle, they built it the same day and I received it 5 days after ordering! Very fast!
Velocity sports equipment has some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered a soft reserve handle awhile back. I was told up to 2 weeks to get it and instead my rigger received it in just a few days! Then I send my rig to them for repairs and I am told 3-4 weeks to get it back. Two days after they recieve it I get a call from nicole saying it's done! Wow I couldn't believe it! Thank you nicole and the rest of staff at velocity you guys rock!
