They’re pretty hard to get ahold of when you really need to. The “emergency” maintenance number either goes straight to voicemail or just rings and nobody ever calls back. Our ac was broken during the last heatwave, we have a 5 month old and it took them three days to finally answer us and get out here to fix it which is insane. We ended up having to stay with family. My friend Josh has moved into this property 10 months ago and his stove do not work. He has to use his microwave or plug in stove top. This is unacceptable and ridiculous! Don't be a slum lord. Fix the problems and do what you are supposed to do, and what the tenants are paying rent for.

Have a friend who has been there for nearly a month without gas, so he can't cook or have hot showers. This is his first apartment and he's been doing well with saving and turning his life around. He paid in full deposit too, and they're taking forever to turn on gas. Now I know who NOT to go to in my search for an apartment, and I'll be sure to tell everyone else. EDIT: You replied TEN MONTHS LATER??? That's how I know y'all are bullcrap liars. His stove hasn't been working since he moved in! BYE.
They rent nothing but dumps. They turn properties they obtain into dumps. Lived in apartment for 2 years with no issues and then they took over. Raised the rent $200 and it was easily the worst place in town. Apartment became so infested with cockroaches that everything had to be thrown away when we moved and they refused to address the issue while we lived there. Heat went out and wasnt replaced.
