We purchased a 2022 Yamaha YXZ Side by Side on 12-30-22 from Jose Segovia. He was very Helpful and extremely Knowledgeable. Such a Great Personality!!!! We highly recommend Jose. Our Experience with Velocity Powersports in Ladson S.C. was Awesome! You will not be disappointed. Mandy and Nick Wells
These people are worthless. They refuse to work on older bikes. Had my BMW serviced at Champion BMW in Charleston for 14 years with no problems. Then Velocity takes over and they refuse to work on any bikes over 15 years old! Company policy is the only explanation. Now I have to go to Charlotte BMW to get service. 169 miles round trip for routine service. Can't see why anyone would buy a bike from them since you never know if they will honor their service agreement. They have no concept of customer service.
Terrible. My Honda side by side was there for 6 months. I had to cancel so many trips because I didn’t have a side by side. Terrible manager and service tech. Do NOT take your side by side there. When we got our side by side back finally it had a hole in it and the transmission bolts where not put back together.
RecommendedKiddo decided to switch from street bikes to dirt bikes. Kyle was outstanding! We knew what we wanted and Kyle knew exactly what to show us and even though they were closing soon, I never felt rushed. In addition to being a great salesman, Kyle took the time to go over every part of the bike with my son - including how to change the oil, when to change it, and how to properly place the ramp. Your dealership is the worst dealership I've ever been in. Staff is 0 help,rude and they dont care about customers spend your money somewhere else.

I drove 650 miles to buy a Kawasaki Versys 1000 SE last week. It had 3000 miles on it and I was trusting that this bike was in new condition. I relied on Facebook reviews. The bike was in perfect condition. I was there for 1 hour to do paper work, test ride, and load the bike into my truck. Then 650 miles back to Ohio. Paul? was my salesman. I was very happy with my purchase and Velocity.
