I had never been to a Physical Therapist before and I had the best experience at Velocity Performance & Prevention. Paige let me feel right at ease and explained every step of the process thoroughly to me. We conducted a running analysis and I truly felt like Paige was my biggest advocate to keep me injury-free and allow me to reach my goals through optimizing my running stride. I look forward to continued work with Velocity Performance & Prevention.
I really enjoyed my experience with Paige at Velocity. I've found the last year that the routine physical therapy has helped greatly but I was starting to plateau some. The work done at Velocity is quite specific and I felt like Paige invested a lot of time in me, both in the office and over email in future contacts. I've already noticed improvements in my running and I recommend this to anyone who wants to take their running to the next level.
