Completely full of lies and bad buisness practices. Filed a complaint with motor vehicles a while ago and they lied to them about the resolution and ignored me. Violated state guidelines had my truck for 4 days for engine troubles. But was in a transmission shop and no paperwork on services.I have a record of it all. Going to contact the attorney for motor vehicle's and bring this issue up again. Velocity motors are not trustworthy. All of us should make a complaint together.
I wish I could give no stars.. i bought a jeep from them that didn't even last me a year. Was told there was no rust underneath they painted so we couldn't see until the paint started to chip!!
Give them even one star is a push it. They worst dealer with. Buyers be wear they will you anything then screw you over. Had car 4days super belt went didn't want to fix it then the 2weeks park at work come want start call Linda wouldn't do anything it. Finally bring back I give you refund had car tied to get yard in East Hampton and still waiting fir my refund from three days ago. The saidhad check going met up me im still waiting now want answer her phone
These people will tell you whatever you want to hear to sell you a car . They were supposed to put the foglights in my car which is the only reason I was happy to buy . The owner Linda doesn't care about her customers and tells you she'll take care of this then always ignores you . Buyer Beware
