I would think a car dealership would stand behind the cars they sell...Right after I bought the “as is” 2012 Equinox they helped me with one thing. I still had to pay $60 for the part. That was within a couple weeks of buying the equinox. Within the first month two other issues came up with repairs being close to $1000. This morning (2 months after purchasing the equinox) I came out to a dead battery. $120 to replace the battery. I did get ahold of them and they stated they helped me enough. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. Not your run-of-the-mill pushy car salesmen. I definitely recommend making the short drive to Bluffton to check them out. It was worth it for me!
After getting lied to and let down by other dreaded car sales persons, I stopped in at Velocity Motors just to inquire about my wishes and was very pleased!. Steve helped me find the car I wanted and worked with me to make it happen. friendly, courteous and helpful was just for starters. Highly recommended
Steve and his son went out of their way to see that my needs in a bad situation were not just met, but dealt with in a timely fashion. Both are very professional, as well as, just out right good people.
Steve and his staff do an excellent job minor problem with dents on the roof came back after a month he took care of it. Customer service at its finest
Go here if you want to buy a car and play games with the title. It only took them 2 months to get me mine. Wouldn't go here is it was the last place on earth. Don't like this place anymore and will never be dealing with them from stuff that happened to me and what I have heard about there anymore
Great customer service!!!! I've bought a couple of cars from them and they always go above and beyond to make sure the transaction goes smoothly. I've worked with Chad and Steve and will do so again in the future.
