We highly recommend working with Dakota! He is super responsive, thorough and really supports you in sticking to a monthly budget that feels doable/reasonable (versus pushing you to shop all the way at the top of what you qualify for). We definitely plan to call him if we decide to sell and buy in NoCo again someday.
