Have been dealing with VF and Felipe for almost a decade. He and his staff had my 2008 TT roadster running like a top, all the way up to an enjoyable 132,000 miles. VF is not the cheapest, price wise, but Felipe knows his stuff better than anyone I know. I highly recommend doing business with one of the best in the business.
I am very happy with the service that was provided. Very friendly and hardworking staff. The staff stayed an hour and a half after closing time to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I would recommend Velocity Factor to anyone that wants to improve their car performance, or a visual upgrade. I will definitely be back again for future upgrades.
Just went into the shop for the first time on Tuesday to get an exhaust put on my car! I had purchased it through a different company and ended up with the wrong part. Philipe took the time to call me over to the shop and show me why the part would not fit on to my car. He was very understanding and professional. We also talked about possible flashing for my car and other mods I could do through his shop. Overall I loved the shop and will be returning there soon!
These guys took care of me. Being from out of state they went out of their way to get me my exhaust that I needed. Will be working with them in the future. thanks!
Went there to have my downpipes swapped out on my N55 135i. They gave me the best price out of all the places I called. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and completed the work very quickly and professionally. Would definitely come back again.
I brought my 2007 vw rabbit in to get a full stage 2 turbo installation done. The work took a bit longer than expected, mostly due to tuning issues from a 3rd party, nothing to do with the work done by Velocity. The crew there did such a beautiful job on my vehicle I couldn't be more happy with the result.
