Nothing is better than to go into a car shop and be treated like family. I've been coming here to Velocity Factor for about 7 years and I will never go anywhere else to do repairs/maintenance/upgrades to my vehicles. I came into the shop, without an appointment, just to get a quote on a spoiler install. Velocity Factor was able to give me a great quote and even offered to install the spoiler on the spot, since I had the spoiler with me. Staff was VERY friendly, gave great customer service, and did an amazing job on the install. Not only does the install look professional, but they identified a small cosmetic scratch that occurred during the shipping process and touched it up at no extra cost. Thank you Velocity Factor!!!
Brought in my Genesis Coupe to get it tuned, however ended up leaving without it tuned because they weren't just looking for a sale out of me! Instead of tuning my car and then doing performance upgrades, then having to re-tune again, the shop quickly showed me that they were looking out for me and explained that I should do the performance upgrades first then tune that way it only goes up on the Dino once.
